Design Services
FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
This is our most comprehensive design package where we work together from the initial planning phase to completion with furniture and accessories. After the initial design consultation to discuss the scope of the project, a flat rate design fee will be given. We will develop your custom design plan and select all materials and finishes. We will have an in person design plan meeting to review everything and make sure it is just what you hoped for, tweaking things along the way as needed. Then comes the fun part: execution! We will take care of all ordering so you can sit back and relax. Once all items have arrived, we can style the room so you get the joy of that “welcome home” moment with your fresh new space!
Full service design includes (but not limited to):
3D rendering of room(s) to show layout and scale of items
Design board with product links for viewing
In person final design meeting to review plan before purchasing
One round of revisions as needed to get it just right!
Product ordering and project management
Styling and installation services if desired
New Build/Remodeling Design Packages
We offer custom packages to work with you and your contractor to make for a seamless remodeling experience! We work together to execute your dream space while considering wise financial choices that will increase the value of your home. Our collaboration with your contractor will allow you to sit back and relax with fewer interruptions to your daily life. These packages would include:
Selection of paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, trim/crown molding, cabinets, countertops, built in/cabinet paint colors and design, tile, layout changes, appliances, etc.

CONSULTATION
Not ready to commit to full service design but need help with those tricky areas of your house? We can help! This service can be done locally or remotely based on client’s needs. This consultation is two hours of brainstorming and real time decision making to give you a jumpstart to finish your project. These things would include but not limited to:
Paint color selection
Window treatment ideas or selection
Flooring selection
Lighting selection
Blending multiple finishes in bathroom such as tile, light fixtures to create cohesive design
Furniture layout
Styling tips
Realistic budget planning for future design projects
After completion of consultation, a list of shopping links will be provided as applicable.
REDESIGN
This service is perfect for those wanting fresh eyes to review their space, optimize layout options and rearrange current furniture and accessories. We will use what you have on hand to style the space in a new way. We will give suggestions on items to purchase to finish the space if needed.
E-DESIGN
This design service is a flat fee service and perfect for a virtual client who is looking to design on a room by room basis. After having an in-depth design consultation to go over your vision for the space, a design board will be created with shopping links for purchasing. The client can order at his or her own speed and set up the room according to the design plan. One round of revisions will be given as needed.
